Guild Wars 2 news » Community Showcase 8: Creative Contributions from Guild Wars 2 Players
Welcome to the community showcase, where we’ll be highlighting some of our favorite amazing projects, activities, and other fan works created by Guild Wars 2 players from all over the world! This month’s selection includes plenty of our favorite fan art, cosplay, and projects from the month of November. Check it out below!
It’s almost Wintersday, which humanity once celebrated as a symbolic struggle between Dwayna, the goddess of life, and her son Grenth, the god of death. This moving artwork by correllis portrays the cycle of life and death in a gentler light.
Enayla went to staggering heights to create this incredible cosplay of an asura and her trusty golem! That’s assuming, of course, that this is cosplay, and not evidence of an asura whose experimental cross-reality manifestation portal malfunctioned.
It looks as though a pair of norn got caught in the stream as well! Manlima Cosplay’s spot-on replicas of in-game armor sets couldn’t have been better if they’d come directly from the crafters of the Shiverpeaks.
Rangers and druids alike are collecting all kinds of new friends in the jungle, and chezzepticon shows us two of the cutest: the fire wyvern and the electric wyvern!
The wicked Grand Duchess Faolain may look lovely in this piece by pathelicos, but keep your distance—those are warning colors.
If only all adventurers were as diligent in keeping physical records of their travels as Drawner has been with this amazing Krytan journal! We’re sure the Durmand Priory would be proud to have this in its collection.
Quaggan is a force to be reckoned with! Deity of Ragefire’s figure of a resourceful quaggan chronomancer is full of adorable details.
We love seeing fans’ works of art, creativity, and community organization from around the world. Keep up the excellent work! Hungry for more Guild Wars 2 fan projects? Ready to show off your own?
