Minecraft news » Minecon 2016 Date, City Announced

It's that time of year again, where we start making plans to attend Minecon! This year, it looks like Minecon will be held in Anaheim, California, on the weekend of the 24th and 25th of September, 2016. As of this writing, it is not known what venue the convention will be held in, ticket prices or sales dates, or scheduling, though traditionally, this information surfaces over time once a proper Minecon announcement has been made.

We will be sure to update as more information becomes available!

Last year's convention, Minecon 2015, was held in July, with tickets averaging approximately $194/£129. Ticket sales for that convention began roughly a month after the convention was first announced.
