Starcraft 2 news » Global Play is Now Live

Following a maintenance today, we’re pleased to announce that the new Global Play feature in StarCraft II is now live for Wings of Liberty players in all regions (outside of China). You should now be able to access StarCraft II game servers in other regions, with separate profile data for each region.

More about Global Play:

• Players can freely switch between regions via the StarCraft II login screen.
• Your game language and user interface will not change when you change regions.
• Players using Global Play will be subject to the in-game policies of their selected play region.
• When a region’s game servers are undergoing maintenance, you may be able to play in a different region that is not down for maintenance.
