The StarCraft II 2016 Season 5 has begun! Bonus pools and standings have been reset, and 2016 Season 4 milestones have been awarded. You can take a look at your Season 4 results by visiting the "Ladders" section of your character profile.

While Season 5 does not bring any new maps, it does bring separate MMR per race. Because of this new feature, you’ll need to play five placement matches, even if you were ranked in the previous season.

We’ve also applied a free character name change to all accounts that do not have one available. Remember, character name changes do not stack (you can only have one free name change at a time).
