Starcraft 2 news » Season 6 of 2016 is Now Live

The StarCraft II 2016 Season 6 has begun! This marks the beginning of a truly unique season as we are simultaneously implementing the massive design changes to Multiplayer, as well as introducing a new map pool featuring many of StarCraft II's best maps.

As is expected, bonus pools and standings have been reset, and 2016 Season 5 milestones have been awarded. You can take a look at your Season 5 results by visiting the "Ladders" section of your character profile.

We’ve also applied a free character name change to all accounts that do not have one available. As a reminder, character name changes do not stack (you can only have one free name change at a time).
