When you started playing TERA, was there someone who helped you find your way in this new world? In our Helping Hand contest, you can submit stories of what it was like being a new player in TERA—shining the spotlight on those who helped you out, got you started, or led the way. If someone made your TERA life better when you were just beginning your life as a Valkyon Federation soldier and you tell us about it, you could win a mount!

• Contest duration: November 27–December 10
• Contest deadline: 11:59 p.m. on Monday, December 10

The four most helpful players and the players who nominated them will each receive a Night Mare mount for their account.

Instructions:

To nominate and thank the person who helped you when you were new, email the following details to community@enmasse.com. The more detail we have about the new player’s experience, the better we’ll understand how helpful the experienced person was!

• your character and server name
• the helper’s character and server name
• how this person helped when you were starting TERA
• anything you’d like to say to them
