TERA news » In with the New Forums, Out with the Old
Starting today, you can access our new TERA forums at: http://forums.enmasse.com/tera.
In addition to a host of new bells and whistles, this move gives us a great deal more flexibility to implement new features like our TERA Player Council, and easily set up communities for future En Masse titles.
You'll also be able to take advantage of new features, including:
- a mobile-friendly responsive design
- new player avatars
- support for BBCODE, simple HTML, and easy embedding from places like YouTube and Twitter
- manual and auto-saving of posts-in-progress
- easier reporting of spam and abuse
- searchable threads
Here’s how the transition to the new forums will go:
Sometime in the next two weeks, we’ll disable the “+Create New Topic” button on the old forums. At that time, existing threads will be frozen, and new discussions will need to take place on the new forums.
But don’t worry: You can still read the old forums, so that really valid point you made on December 18, 2013 is still there to reference when the same topic comes up again.
Of course, we’ll keep making tweaks and improvements to the forums over the coming weeks and months, to continue providing you with the best possible forum experience.
So please hop on over and give them a try. We're eager to hear your feedback!
