Starting after maintenance on Tuesday, December 13, the loot drops in Harrowhold will upgrade—dropping more scales after each phase of the raid:

• Phase 1: 3 scales
• Phase 2: 5 scales
• Phase 3: 10 scales
• Phase 4: 15 scales
