We know that some of our players have unfortunately been suffering technical issues in the form of “crashes to desktop”. Although the issue has been fixed within the 7.5 update that will be released soon, we have been working on providing a hotfix to make your gaming experience more stable and pleasurable, right now.

For details on the hotfix and how it should be installed, please follow the instructions below:
1. Download the hotfix and save it to your PC.
2. Close the game client, if World of Tanks is running.
3. Install the hotfix onto the 7.4.1 World of Tanks client.

ATTENTION! Please take into consideration that the hotfix can only be installed on version 7.4.1 of World of Tanks and can only be installed once.

If you have inadvertently installed the hotfix twice or faced any other Technical Issue, please try installing a new, full and clean installation of World of Tanks.

If the above does not resolve your issue or you face any complications, please contact our Customer Support Department.
