Those hot August nights are about to be here. We're going to help you beat the heat by giving you a few good reasons to stick indoors and play some World of Tanks.  Check out the complete listing over at our Events Calendar.

Here is a brief preview of our upcoming August contests:

August All Stars:

• USA #48, July 31 - Aug 2: M22 Locust, M18 Hellcat, M26 Pershing
  
•  Germany #49, Aug 7 - 9:   Leichttraktor, T-25, Jagdtiger
• France #50, Aug 14 - 16: FCM36 Pak40, AMX 13 F3 AM, AMX 50 120

Creative Contest:

This month's creative contest will be to design your own eSports tournament.  Keep a lookout for the complete rules and guidelines that will be available on the 6th.

Weekend Contests:

We've got a Scavenger hunt planned for the first weekend in August, an MVP event the weekend after that, a Who Shot the Sheriff after that, and finally a special Labor Day Contest for the last weekend in August.  More news on those later, on the newsfeed and in the forums.

Twitter Contest:

We will be holding only one Twitter Quiz this month on Saturday the 18th.

• USSR - Aug. 27-30

Weekend Specials:

• Heavy Metal Weekend
• Arty Party Weekend
• Medium Mayhem Weekend
• Kliment Voroshilov Weekend
• Labor Day Weekend

Vehicle Rollout:

• USA for the first half of the month
• USSR for the second half of the month
