We are aware that there was some trouble affecting the Gift Shop and bonus code redemption features for a short period of time earlier today. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we're happy to announce that the Gift Shop and bonus code redemption feature are up and running!

Please note that there will be a slight delay in receiving your goods as we bring the system back into order.  However, if a period of 24 hours has elapsed and you are still without your goods, please submit a ticket to the Support service. We'll be happy to work with you to make sure that you are credited for any transactions made.
