There are two paths that you can take to the Chinese 121: you can stay with fast light tanks before transitioning to larger medium tanks, or you can get into medium tanks earlier and play in T-34 variants. The choice is yours, and they're both discounted!

Similar to their Soviet counterparts, early Chinese medium tanks are mobile and have good guns. As the tiers get higher, the turret and frontal hull armor get better, and the guns are even bigger than similar Soviet medium tanks like the T-54. Top tier Chinese medium tanks are able to mount guns equivalent to heavy tanks and can be very effective in a brawl!
