It’s that time of year once more, when indulging your spirit of giving could also snag you a holiday haul of assorted TERA loot!

From Thursday, December 15 until Thursday, January 5 at 10 a.m. PST, drop by the TERA Store to buy golden gift boxes for yourself and all of your friends...then head directly over to our Gifting Center.

In the Gifting Center, you have two options:

1. Open a box yourself to get one of 33 fantastic prizes, such as valuable consumables, festive rare cosmetic items, inner armor, or EMP jackpots.
2. Send a box to a friend so they can open it and get the prize, and earn holiday-themed prizes for yourself! The more golden gift boxes you send, the more prizes you receive.

Here’s how it works:

1. First, buy a gift box (or several) from the TERA Store.
2. Open it yourself and choose from four greeting cards to reveal your prize (you’ll also get a peek at what you could have won).

OR...

3. Send one or more boxes to friends using the Gifting Center and receive these great prizes:

• 1 Gift Sent—Santa Cap permanent character accessory
• 3 Gifts Sent—Santa Suit Smart Box, containing a permanent character costume
• 5 Gifts Sent—Personalized Gym Uniform Gift Box, containing a permanent account costume. (This smart box contains a permanent, account-bound gym uniform suitable for your race and gender.)
• 10 Gifts Sent—Jetcycle MHZ permanent account mount. (Use this manual to learn how to summon a Jetcycle mount with a Flight and Movement Speed of 290 which restores 1% of your max HP and MP every second.)
• 15 Gifts Sent—Chromaplasm Weapon Skin Gift Box, containing a permanent account weapon skin. (This smart box contains a permanent, account-bound chromaplasm weapon skin suitable for your class.)
• 20 Gifts Sent—Skycycle MHZ permanent account mount. (Use this manual to learn how to summon a Skycycle mount with a Flight and Movement Speed of 290 which restores 1% of your max HP and MP every second.)

Did you get a lot of gift boxes? Any golden gift boxes remaining in the player's inventory can be opened until Thursday, January 12 at 10 a.m. PST. After that, any golden gift boxes remaining in your inventory will be converted into a Santa Suit smart box, to be delivered by Friday, January 20.

If you’re not quite feeling that holiday spirit, you can also unbox character-bound versions of the above items in the following loot boxes, available now in the TERA Store:

• Personalized Gym Uniform Loot Box—This loot box is guaranteed to contain a semi-enigmatic scroll, and may also contain a personalized workout bag smart box, spellbinds, or alkahests. [Smart boxes automatically generate an exact match to the character who opens it.]
• Chromaplasm Weapon Skin Loot Box—This loot box is guaranteed to contain a semi-enigmatic scroll, and may also contain a Chromaplasm smart box, spellbinds, or alkahests. [Smart boxes automatically generate an exact match to the character who opens it.]
• Skycycle Loot Box—A loot box guaranteed to contain a semi-enigmatic scroll. May also contain a Skycycle MHZ, spellbinds, or alkahests.
• Jetcycle Loot Box—A loot box guaranteed to contain a semi-enigmatic scroll. May also contain a Jetcycle MHZ, spellbinds, or alkahests.

Remember: The cut-off date for purchasing gift boxes is Thursday, January 5 and the cut-off date for opening them is Thursday, January 12. Start shopping now, and don’t wait too long to open your own gifts!
