The seventh BlizzCon is coming to the Anaheim Convention Center Friday, November 8 and Saturday, November 9, 2013!

With StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm arriving on March 12, we’ve been itching to show you a new trailer called "Vengeance”, and we’re planning to reveal it to the world in a special online event on TwitchTV.

We're excited to announce that Diablo III is being developed for the Sony PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system. We'll also be adapting the award-winning action–role-playing game for Sony's newly announced platform: the PlayStation® 4!

StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty patch 2.0.4 is now live! This major patch brings a number of exciting new systems and improvements to Wings of Liberty while paving the way for the release of our Heart of the Swarm expansion on March 12.

On February 21, you’ll be able to sign up to attend the official launch event in Versailles. Come and join us at the Palais des Congrès to watch world-class StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm matches between top European players, to have the possibility to meet members of the development team, and much more.

For a more detailed guide about what’s in the patch, read the Coming Soon: StarCraft II 2.0.4 blog. In the meantime, since all these big changes are coming, we wanted to provide a little guidance so everyone is prepared and able to get into the game quickly!

In a few days, we’ll begin patching StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty to version 2.0, which will bring a number of new features to the game—features that all players can then immediately begin enjoying together.

Vasacast Invitational is the first international tournament entirely organized by VasaCast, an Italian casting duo known for its flamboyant style and its creative use of audio clips during matches. Its goal is to promote StarCraft II in Italy, while offering everyone else awesome matches, top-notch players and a live casting coverage in 6 languages.

A few weeks ago, Beta Patch 2.0.3 brought the Watch with Others, Take Command, and Recover Game replay features to the Heart of the Swarm Beta. It's our goal to test these new replay features on a large scale so that as many issues as possible can be discovered and eliminated prior to launching the game. In order to accomplish this task, we kindly request that you take some time to sink your teeth into each replay feature and report any bugs you might encounter.

Starting today, you may notice that your game launcher will begin downloading data upon running StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty. This is in preparation for the Heart of the Swarm launch on March 12, as well as a very important Wings of Liberty patch, which will be released in the coming weeks. 

Unlike some games we’ve featured in our weekly spotlights, Night of the Dead has a long history in the StarCraft II Arcade as well as a strong following. It’s a team-based survival game where up to eight players unravel the story behind the Apollo mining colony base and the horrific events that caused it to turn into a zombie-infested nightmare.

We’re pleased to announce that, in preparation for the launch of StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm, the public beta test will close on March 1.

Starting Monday, February 4, Major League Gaming will begin broadcasting the first of two invite-only events featuring top StarCraft II players from around the globe as they clash in frenzied Heart of the Swarm competition. Catch every match as it unfolds by tuning in to the official MLG stream at 23:00 CET from February 4, through March 8 on weekdays and select Sundays.
