Starcraft 2 news » Celebrate Legacy of the Void with a Live-Streamed Show

Are you ready for the epic conclusion to the StarCraft II saga? To celebrate the launch of Legacy of the Void on Tuesday, November 10, TaKeTV and O’Gaming will be hosting live-streamed shows to mark the release of the game. Tune in to re-live some of the best moments from the story so far, watch top players face off in show matches, and have a StarCraft-packed evening!

TakeTV will be getting their show underway at 16:30 CET on Monday, November 9, and streaming until 2:00 CET the following morning. In addition to all the latest updates on Legacy of the Void, the hosts—including Dennis ‘TaKe’ Gehlen and Kevin ‘Harstem’ de Koning—will be chatting about Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm, playing through the final missions from the two previous single-player campaigns, and watching pros face off in show matches and free-for-all battles. And be sure to join the TaKeTV crew again from 14:00 CET on November 10 for the Archon Cup. This for-fun tournament will see players group up to control a single army against another team in one of Legacy of the Void’s exciting new multiplayer match types, Archon mode.

French-speaking StarCraft II fans are also in for a launch-night treat. Starting at 17:00 CET on November 9, O’Gaming will be building up to the release of the game via their live-streamed event, and playing through the night until 5:00 CET. Alexandre ‘Pomf’ Noci and Hadrien ‘Thud’ Noci, Bertrand ‘ElkY’ Grospellier, Emmanuel ‘MoMaN’ Marquez, and Yann ‘Anoss’ Lotte will be among those guiding viewers through a night of Protoss, Terran, and Zerg action. They’ll be highlighting some of the most memorable StarCraft II esports moments, recapping the story so far, and hosting plenty of show matches. When the game goes live, they’ll attempt to beat the Legacy of the Void single-player campaign on Brutal—the toughest difficulty setting available.

It’s sure to be a great night, so warp in your pylons and tune in to the TakeTV or O’Gaming Twitch channels to be part of the fun!
