League of Legends news » North American Regionals at PAX Live

The League of Legends North American Regionals at PAX Prime are now live! As Season Two nears a close, top teams must battle to represent their region in the World Championship. This week’s event sees fierce competition in North America as Team SoloMid, Counter Logic Gaming, Dignitas, Curse, TSM.Evo, and more battle it out in Seattle, Washington for over $150,000 in prizes and the honor of competing on behalf of their region in the Season Two World Playoffs in Los Angeles.

Stakes are high and the pressure is on for every team competing at Regionals as this is an opportunity to change their future in professional League of Legends eSports. The top three teams from the North American Regionals will not only qualify for World Playoffs, but will also secure their slots in the upcoming Season Three Championship Series, where they will put their skills to the test and challenge other teams in live weekly matches and earn salaries as professional League of Legends players.

Phreak, Rivington, RiotJatt and RiotJaws are on hand to give you the play-by-play and game analyses. Simultaneously, our field reporters are on the show flow ecstatic to bring content straight from the event. The livestream and other event coverage will be going all weekend, so head over to the North American Regionals site now to see which NA teams are crowned champions and representatives for the World Playoffs in October.
