This news only applies to the 7.5 Test Server.  There is a standard bit of maintenance that needs to be done at the data center.

Starting at 07:00 PDT (17:00 UTC) until 07:30 (17:30 UTC) the latest patch will be unavailable for download.  It will become available after that that time.
